Integrative pressurized solar water heater
CREIDE has developed a water heater which combines heat pipe solar collector and storage tank into one product. The condenser of the heat pipe tube is directly inserted into the non-rorroding coper protection tube within the water tank.The heat pipe wvacuated tube collect heat with high efficiency transforming of the incoming solar irradiation into heat. The condenser tansfers the generated heat to the manifold where the water is heated. Thereafter, the hot water is circulating in the system until the system attains the required temperature.

1) Adopts the best conduction performance metal- heat pipe (copper). 2) Start up quickly, heat pipe transfer the heat energy into the storage tank in one direction 3) No water inside the evacuated tubes, the solar water heater can still in service even with several tubes breakage 4) Can be used all year round in the cold climate

Evacuated tube: high quality borosilicate glass 3.3, with the selective absorber coating AL-N/AL-Cu and heat pipe inside the tube. Inner tank: SUS304-2B stainless steel plate with its thickness 1.2mm or crystal liner.
